ComplyGuide provides a directory of compliance automation vendors, including vendor listings, side-by-side comparisons, pricing information, and user reviews. We also offer vendor submission services for companies that wish to be listed in our directory.
Vendor submissions require a non-refundable review fee of $49. This fee covers the cost of reviewing and verifying your submission. The fee does not guarantee listing approval. We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our quality standards.
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. While we make reasonable efforts to verify listing details, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any vendor listing. If you find inaccurate information, please contact us so we can correct it.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience with the vendor. We moderate all reviews for quality and reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violate our guidelines. By submitting a review, you grant ComplyGuide a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your review on our platform.
All content on ComplyGuide, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ComplyGuide or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
ComplyGuide is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of our services or the information, content, or materials included on our site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComplyGuide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of ComplyGuide after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
